Ahmed Warraich was an outstanding salesman. I never felt any pressure and he knew his product inside and out. He understood that my 19 year old sons were going to be the primary drivers, treated them as adults, took them for test drives and took time to explain the features of the car to them. They really enjoyed the experience. It’s truly the first time that I’ve bought a car and not felt that I’d been taken for a ride.
I also commend Dax, the finance manager, and Baqar, the sales manager, for their approach to sales. They were very forthcoming in discussing costs and add ons. I just never felt the need to haggle.
This is the way a car dealership should be run and I will buy a Volvo there again.
