We have been Volvo owners since 2012. When we decided to replace our S60 T5, our first trip was back to Volvo, and our number one priority was to buy a SUV hybrid. We decided to do our due diligence and explore other comparable makes and models of SUVs. After researching and test driving various other makes, we ended up back at Volvo. We felt the XC 60 Hybrid was superior in every way.
We dealt with Bill who was very patient and helped us through the process of deciding which vehicle would best suit our needs long-term. Bill was very knowledgeable, low key, and honest. We did not feel pressured into purchasing. Kendra was amazing and a delight to deal with. She very skillfully helped us navigate everything necessary when buying a new vehicle. It has been a pleasure dealing with both Bill ad Kendra.
