Jesse is awesome and would give him a 20/10!
I am very pleased with Jesse and the service team! I own a Volvo and my husband owns an Audi... we always argue about who's vehicle is best, and I always comes out ahead. Last week when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I got a call no more than 2 hours later from Jesse letting me know the vehicle is ready. My husband on the other hand brought his vehicle into the Audi dealership for an oil change and it took 2 days for him to get his vehicle back. I am beyond thankful for Volvo Cars Edmonton for always making sure the best customer service is provided. Jesse is awesome and would give him a 20/10!
