What stood out the most was how well Rick and Jordy listened. They asked what I needed in a vehicle, what features mattered to me, and what budget I was comfortable with. They never pressured me or tried to upsell anything. Instead, they were honest, real, and genuinely focused on finding the perfect fit for me — which they did! They found me an incredible XC40 that I absolutely love.
On top of that, my old car had broken down and I was suddenly without transportation. Rick and Jordy stepped in right away and arranged a loaner vehicle for me to use until my new car was ready. Their support, kindness, and willingness to help during a stressful time meant so much.
My family and I were so impressed with their service that now my mom wants to buy a Volvo as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Volvo and ask for Rick and Jordy — they were truly amazing from start to finish.
