I thought I should take the time and send a quick note to address 2 things in regards to your dealership. I brought our 2027 V90 Cross Country in for a seasonal service. I dealt directly with Miguel from check in to pick up, and thought I should let you know that over the years, I have dealt with Miguel multiple times, and each time he has been professional, cordial and always displayed a calm and pleasant demeanor. He called me during the service with updates and made me aware of other issues to be aware of and made the experience as pleasant as he could.
In my opinion as compared to other service department reps (at other dealerships that I deal with on regular basis) Miguel certainly is a stand out in his field.
